What are the rules for the tv & movie version of VZ?

gonna follow music vz rules and format for now and adjust as we go along

host posts page for reps to post
gives time for votes to count
and same thing round for round till theres a winner
if a round is a tie its not counted
if all rounds are exhausted and its still a tie they have to post at least 2 content on the next round (not sure this would work in tv vz)

think thats everything
