Well I can do Wednesday too but might be too soon ? Idk, this is new so like I haven’t gauged interest yet. I certainly think Actor VZs will have more people than Director VZs since it’s more accessible to non film nerds

Idk feel like the most important thing for a matchup is that the directors are on the same level of popularity/well knownness or same era and have similar size filmographies. Don’t think the directors should per se be too similar stylistically or thematically

I’d be down to run it as a test but basically style one match up like some of the brackets we’ve had in film and G&G

have each round be 24 hours run a director match up for like 7 irl days ish. For example like Nolan Vz Tarintino for a week. Leave the first movie match up for a day or if it’s a blow out call it early but that’ll leave hella time for people to discuss and have more engagement from the film sxn

It’s hard to explain but I think it would work in practice. Anyway I’m down to be the OP/ host of that if y’all are down to give it a try @davey
