i guess finding things to distract you or being more social talk about it dont keep s*** in
If anyone would find value in a 5g mushroom trip report from me I'd be willing to make a thread on it. I did this last night for my mental health and I overall feel better for it.
I give up. But actually this time
cats no... don't talk like this
i'm in no position to dictate how you should live your life but you should cease benzo treatment... it makes dumb ideas seem perfectly normal and fine..

Its making suicide and giving up just that much more easier so I hope they don't take it away from me. Nothing else is working. Just gonna get high every day untl someone sees the issue

obv i'm just a layman and i don't know you to say something like this but you don't really come across as bipolar to me from reading your posts here, do you experience manic episodes or had one before?

I'd say I was manic a few weeks ago when I stayed up for like 30 hours and planned to stay up for 40 and bought like 400 dollars worth of vinyl and a new pc. Idk if I'm still manic I think I'm more depressed now
lamotrigine could be a medication worth trying. my psychiatrist is an expert on mood disorders (melancholic depressions, bipolar etc.). and he put me on it even though i'm not bipolar. he says that it's helped many of his patients that just are depressed.
only kink to it is that it could cause rashes but that's most likely from increasing dosage too fast

ok yeah then it makes sense for your mood to fluctuate like that and it definitely sounds like bipolar :(

I'm on 80mg Latuda and it doesn't work at all. The effexor does help with anxiety though. That's the only progress I've made so far

if you've been on latuda for more than 3 months and at 80 mg which is still a therapeutic dose, i think it's time to talk it over with your md about quitting and replacing it with something else
just quit effexor myself, i was at 300 mg a day. it helped me with anxiety for like 2 weeks then.. nothing at all except sweating

I have to clue where to go from here if we quit latuda. He mentioned first generation antipsychotics which have more side effects and i don't want to deal with that. Just wish the latuda would work
if i dream about this thot one more time im going to go ballistic
f*** the pain away my g

lamotrigine, lithium, valproate are all good medications for bipolar but it doesn't really tackle psychotic problems unfortunately... first generation antipsychotics are really horrible d**** with extreme side effects. especially haloperidol or thorazine
