he won the belt from eddie, who wasnt the strongest title holder, and then he sat on it for 2 years. 2 years he didnt do an mma fight, while we missed out on khabib vs tony or seeing those 2 fight other people because time was wasted trying to matchmake bs that wasnt going to happen. the guy just flat out didnt want to fight but they let him hold the belt hostage for 2 years. a stacked division at that

fighting cerrone, diaz 2x etc. isnt fighting the best in the world when guys like tony, or RDA at the time are available. instead of cerrone, he could have fought justin, or poirer, or tony.

Fought Nate at a heavier weight, even if he’s a 155er. Could’ve easily bailed on that whole thing after RDA pulled out.
