Saw her at Volksbühne Berlin on a triple bill w Marina Herlop and Space Afrika last Friday and ngl that was back to back 3 of the most amazing gigs I've ever seen, and I've seen a fair share.

Lowkey like Yeezus energy at points but then also hitting stunning notes singing the next moment. Rly unpredictable and intense show. Last track was a collage of classical pieces which felt rly powerful, can't recall if that was on Black Encyclopedia

Met her randomly at Indonesian experimental night in Rotterdam in May - walked past her and was like.... "are you Moor Mother??". She told me she got an album coming on July 1st, I asked her about features and she was like "oh I got some FEATURES!!", "AAKAIII SOLO...." doing mind blown hands movement

Also said she's got a track w Billy Woods coming for a film this autumn (couldn't remember director's name but said it's an exciting talent on the come-up and in a David Lynch lane)
