i dont have native access and i cant get it for obvious reasons
apparently i gotta uninstall my previous kontakt smh f*** this s*** ill jus wait till i get a new cpu
finally made the leap from abusing compressors to abusing softclippers
man what a difference that makes. ive truly been f***ing up until this point

Oh yeah, it's been a trophy of mine for a while now - the streamlining in the MK2 is incredibly beginner friendly. This thing makes such weird sounds, I love it already

if u want virtually every popular modern hip hop drum sound jus download the UpMadeIt AllTheWayUp! drum kit
been realizing even tho i got pretty decent at this production s*** i gotta get way better, experiment more especially with arrangement and layer better sounds/melodies
working as an engineer for other artists will give good insight into what beats they like and what makes a song work, definitely need to work on my song structure in particular also sound choice

How's that MK2 treating you?
I'm an MPC Live user but want a MK2 eventually, I love how Roland & Akai Pro have been supporting their products long term (had so many great updates for my Roland TR8-S & MPC Live)
sound kits will have descriptions like "this sound was recorded in the turbulent atmosphere of neptune by a NASA satellite with a tape recorder which was then acid washed and left in the atlantic ocean for 30 years" like thats cool an all but i just want good sounds lmao

It’s alright but I find Splice to be much more varied in sounds
