i found it to be a dead end once the novelty wore off but to each their own.

i played my entire graduate recital in music school on 2 modular systems, so that’s my background if u care. + played like countless gigs with it

learn your scales and then get comfortable going up and down them and playing them in different ways and your brain will just kind of sort out the rest
