How do you get familiar with drums? I don’t have speaker monitors nor headphones.
Love the drum programming on these. I can understand remaking sample flips by ear but idk bout drum programming by ear. Sounds tough.
you need to get some headphones b, and train your ear for sound selection with programming drums, s*** is simple once you get it down, note repeat is your best friend too

i use sweetwater.com/store/detail/MDR7506--sony-mdr-7506-closed-back-professional-headphones, audio technica got some good s*** too, keep listening to music and hear what the sounds and sonics are on the beat, listen to how the beat adds or takes away certain sounds or patterns and s***, just keep listening to music bro, also study your favorite producers too that helps
So much potential when it comes to Jonny Craig,
His clean vocals in here could be slowed down and turned into a number one piano ballad radio single

yeah make sure your loop is smooth g, that’s major
Yeah, i honestly think it might just be where I cut my loops off, like they’re on beat but the way I have to hit them to make the beats hit how they should is convoluted lol hard to put in words
