man all of that and i dont even feel like im in my body most of the time i just feel like im actually dead and living some other life and everything is just numbing. already been feeling numb for a while but it feels like its just progressively getting worse. Things really went to s*** when everything started going down too and everything pretty much snowballed and things just feel so strange and so far away even when its in front of me and its like im living in a fog. Same time im being separated from myself and having a falling out of knowing who i am in a sense where it feels like im just watching everything happen in front of me and im not really there. and with so much stimulation in my head constantly i end up just packing myself away from everything and everyone and even myself and acknowledging my own feelings and thoughts.
