i like to use reactions because it lets employees see some personality!
forget the name of it but there's this chinese appliance company with a really interesting organizational structure, they give near total independence to small teams and reward with an equity stake in whatever product line they create.. couple of them have branched out into independent firms with seed funding from the appliance company
essentially just incubate a bunch of startups but all under the auspices and creative guidance of the parent firm
they've had well above industry returns for like a decade
