Pokémon snap update is today

3 new maps, a bunch of new pokemon, and quality of life improvements:

1. Now, when you go to Retry a level after completion, you will get to select the Research Level again so you don't have to exit out in order to select the same stage with a different Research Level
2. You now have the ability to go directly to camp without having any photos assessed
3. If you achieve a LenTalk Mission with one of your photos, they will get flagged as meeting the requirements before you get it assessed
4. You can now directly save images onto your Nintendo Switch directly from the photo editing option

Just downloaded. It’s basically 6 new maps and each map has several levels so this a fat dlc

Also they added new content to the photo editor

NEO: The World Ends With You is great so far. Just about to finish up the first week, and the main character has really been pissing me off with this one particular story element.

Is it necessary to play the original to enjoy or understand the story in the sequel?

You get more out of it if you played the first one, however the way the game's story is set up you'll do just fine skipping it. From what I've researched, characters from the first game aren't important til damn near the end of this game. I'm totally fine with that too. Give this game to breathe with its own new characters, rules, story, etc.

If you are still interested in how the events/characters of the first game play out in this game, I'd recommend peeping the anime that dropped. It was made almost solely to get people up to speed before NEO dropped lol

Can you play Mario Odyssey with a wired controller (non-Pro)??

With mario odyssey you can, with mario 3d all stars (saw your other post on the all stars thread) you can only use it with 64 and sunshine, galaxy needs gyro (dont know if any wired controller has gyro tho)
