Ok so what I did was remove one ram stick now it boots up and goes to bios.

I downloaded the windows 10 install on my fat32 usb, and when i go to boot it shows my: usb, ssd, usb partition?

Idk why it shows partition. When i click on boot usb its a blank screen with a flashing space bar

When i boot to usb partition its just a blue screen

Ok i get the orange screen with white vertical lines

one maybe the UEFI partition have you tried both USB partitions? how did you make the installer USB

I used the official microsoft mediatool thing

I tried usb boot which takes me to orange screen
Usb partition takes me to blue screen them pc shuts off

sounds frustrating

try this use the Microsoft tool to make an iso
then download this and rip the iso onto the USB with Rufus

rufus.ie/en

pick (UEFI) or (UEFI or BIOS) and pick GPT not MBR

it sounds like your installer is messed up the windows one usually works but I've had issues with it a few times

Have you tried with a diff monitor or cable, to bounce off what neon said.

Once i changed to uefi instead of legacy bios and had the same black acreen issue

Had to plug into a newer tv to see anything and change it back

Is it time to replace/upgrade my 2080 TI? I bought back in June of 2020, just right before the 3080 series came out:

do you feel like you're struggling in games? I have a 3080 and it's nice but idk if I would upgrade if I had 2080ti

it's only one performance tier lower, I always wait till I can get a 70%+ uplift before upgrading

maybe wait for all the new Intel, AMD and Nvidia cards next year

depends tho if you feel like you need that extra performance or not

most games on the 2080ti run slightly better than a 3070, a couple don't but most do
