How do I prepare for a 5k in 4 months if Iām outta shape.
This is what worked for me (copying and pasting from first page):
1. Get an Apple Watch
2. Download Nike Run Club app
3. Play the guided runs on āGetting Startedā series. The first one is My First Run.
This is akin to having a coach. Itās very difficult to train yourself. I only learned how to really run this way. I enjoy running instead of dreading it now because Iāve learnt how to actually run.

took me 3 months to work up to 30 minute runs non stop. I'm now tryna get up to 5k within that time.
Took a few weeks break because I got sick, I can seemingly keep it up thankfully
Today was at a much slower pace for some reason, maybe I spent too much time stretching beforehand. Or I shouldn't have ran with breakfast in my stomach
