I’ve been in a new city this summer and running has been my main method of exploring. It’s been so good for me to get out of the apartment and just go for an hour or two
In fact, I think I’m gonna go out as soon as I finish this ramen
I used to run every night when i was in high school but haven't in a while the last couple years I've probably only gone on a light jog like 4 times. I wanna get back into it but working full time got me exhausted/Lazy as hell.

Running feels like a superpower in this way, I can’t wait to travel and just run all around cities exploring every inch of them

You right I was just tryna do too much at once since I took too much time off since I last ran, made me want to cut my legs off when I was done

Yeah I'll ease back into it, give myself about another week before I start doing the inclines again

Only thing that kills me is the binge drinking on the weekends
Other than that I’ve been running pretty much everyday M-F

you should have a slight forward lean at the ankles, relaxed but not loose upper body

anybody who's just starting to run or getting back into it after a long time:
when you're doing easy running, you should only run as fast as you could maintain a conversation with someone while you're running (obviously having to stop and take a few breaths in between words would be fine)
a lot of people start out running too fast and then get injured because of it and just give up and think running sucks because they were doing it wrong. a lot of improvement comes from getting your aerobic base up as opposed to just smashing out intervals

I been getting back into running on my treadmill recently, been at about 2 miles in under 20 minutes a day
Used to run outside late at night, but I go to sleep earlier now and it’s too hot for me to run outside during the day, so my treadmill has been amazing
