
Starting to run the football stadium stairs at my school again today, gonna try to do this for the next 10-15 days

Been depressed since I’ve been hurt and haven’t been able to run much. Mileage dropped off by about 10-15 miles a week and pace dropped off by a minute. Just haven’t been able to run comfortably and went in for X-rays the other day. Need some good vibrations sent my way.

Became so addicted to running that I be forgetting I gotta at least f*** with the barbell. All I do Is run and do push-ups lol

I feel good 
Toward the end my legs were heavy and sore, sometimes it felt like there was unhealthy pressure on my joints especially knees, but I choose softer ground and get through it
I’ve also started foam rolling and that basically gets rid of any soreness and s***, it’s amazing.
I’ve also ran all of august so far. Imma keep the streak going as long as I physically can

I run 3-4 times a week, sometimes 5 if my legs feel good. 3 mi trail

i don't think you have much to worry about unless you're pushing like 40-50 miles or more week? unless running just stops you from going to the gym/weightlifting completely
