Fair. Good looks. Iāll cop one next paycheck
Mostly been running the foam roller after and before runs
I never foam rolled but I already struggle with getting stretches in so I figured I would be more likely to use the massager
I heard foam rolling p lit too tho
started doing daily stairs about 50 days ago. deciding to switch to running now that its turning winter here. just ran 2.5 k in about 15 minutes, where do yall think i should start for daily runs? should i just jump to 5k?
I love running in the winter. I know itās a little early but it has started getting colder and I just like getting suited up w light layers. My times tend to go down but it just feels a little more immersive. And Iāll hit the ground running in the spring when things begin to warm up again

Yeah bro I donāt like stretching. But Iāve been trying really hard to at least do it for 5 mins prior and I feel it helps

How do yāall feel about running in the rain?
lol just got caught in the rain mid-run
my verdict: NOT GOOD
fire af in light rain
if its heavy rain it can get annoying depending how wet you get
terrible for traction tho which is unfortunate
Personally love running in the rain or snow.

Always build it up slowly and gradually.

whats the difference between soreness and injury pain
Hmm thatās a good question. The more you exercise, the easier it is to notice a unique injury-like pain that is different from normal soreness. In general, injury pain is usually more specific to a particular joint and may provoke a āsharpnessā in feeling when you move the part. An injury from running is more likely to cause limping too. If you continue to exercise you may notice a particular pain staying with you over time after the general soreness in a region has disappeared. Thatās an indicator to rest.
Full disclaimer: Iāve had knee and ankle related issues in the past but never got checked for a serious injury. The issues usually come up when Iāve been running for too long on old shoes or running with sloppy form.
