I am too but I get absolutely fried up when I run daily. Need at least one day off between runs unfortunately

I do stationary bike on days that I feel tired until I build back up to where I can feel I can run every day.
I didnât go for the peloton but I got the bowflex one for half price

Stationary bike was probably the best purchase when dealing with a 1 year old. Easy to wake up early and get an hour work out with out waking the baby and still being around in case he does.

yeah I just started weight training and I'm putting on muscle. can still run the same distances and times but it's much more fatiguing
