just feel it, you’re naturally gonna have an easier time running on a treadmill so take that into account and let your own stamina guide you
Tried using my gym's indoor track today. Way too many old people blocking the path + 9 laps to a mile really did a number on me
Back to the treadmill unfortunately
Been running to catch the metro cuz I been running late (no pun intended) for work. Mostly walking though, getting those steps in
Sweet. First half marathon this Saturday!
Nice, mines on Sunday! Best of luck to you
You ready ?
I know you didn’t ask but I’ll tell you anyway. I been watching a lot of YouTube videos and they say to taper down the miles and take some rest days in the week leading up to it. I also been carb loadin. So now I feel like I gained a few pounds but have fresh legs. We shall see how it goes

you're fast
How are your legs feeling ?
Not too bad the day after.
My competition was faster! Got to train harder to beat him in the fall
I'm having such a good time sprinting at the track these days. Got to talk with the regulars there too. I still enjoy going for long runs on weekend morning and make sure to end my run at the track lol
Also anyone seeing the adidas refresh for their running shoes this year they all go so hard. Gonna get the adios 9 for my sprint/short runs. Currently have an Asics and its a stable shoes, got it back when I thought I want to focus on long distance

Been eyeing the boston 13s.
Having a hard time increasing my pace in the 3-5 mile range. I can run that comfortable at jog pace but not in a decent speed unless it’s a mile or maybe two
