That album actually made me fall in love with Sade also the first release I witnessed happen in real time since becoming a supporter.

Bring me Home has some transcendental vocals. Amazing song.

Stronger Than Pride came out this month 32 years ago, on 5 April 1988! Then later in the U.K. on 3 May 1988

I don't really play this album much but I'm about to look for it in my library and whip it out for this special occasion <3

This was a practice gig after we recorded the album Diamond Life with Robin Millar at Powerplant Studios in Oct/Nov 1983. I had to start using a click and had practiced for a few weeks to get the drums really tight, I played to a click and i think I did a brilliant job at the U4...
