Development costs and time have ballooned to absurd degrees. It’s like real life we got a huge gap between the wealthy (AAA) and poor (indies), without much in between.

Makes 0 sense to remake the first game, especially since the second game is cross gen, meaning that the remake would end up likely looking better than the sequel which would only create a weird disconnect between the two.

I guess so lol... But since a Horizon movie is been made so will they remake or remaster the first Horizon game and release other kind of Horizon games. But I hope HFW will get a PS5 Pro patch that will make it still feel and look good.

They better be throwing Avowed in there too, because I’m worried that it’s gonna end up selling below their expectations or possibly even bombing, which, given Microsoft’s trigger finger right now, would probably lead to the closing of Obsidian.

I played it for 100+ hours so definitely got my moneys worth. $60 is like the price of going out for one night and doing something and getting food imo games especially long ones that give weeks/months of entertainment have insane cost value.

You could always sign up for one month of ps extra for $15 if you think you can beat it in a month

I already played it when I had extra. I’m just being dumb, I wanna do another playthrough but I keep holding out assuming it’ll be ps plus essential one of these months
