Lost 6kg, started a little before ramadan so took around 2 months id say. Weight is between 69 - 70kg right now. Leanest / best my body has ever been. Was almost 80kg for a while, lots of stomach fat + fat ass face. Planning on cutting down all the way to 65kg and then bulk slowly after summer. Height is 1.77m

i've gained 30lbs this year stay skinny meateater
At 150 right now been working out 2-3 times a week and push ups daily already been feeling stronger
i don’t necessarily need to lose weight, but i do need to tighten up. so in
edit: currently 160. looking to stay the same weight and just tone out, or gain some on muscle again
i used to be 175 and muscular then i stopped working out and lost weight by unintentionally eating less and losing muscle weight maybe? idk. i def don’t want to be 175 and muscular again cause that’s too much to maintain. i would be happy with toning what i do have now though
