    great app. I personally prefer fatsecret, but ive been counting cals for so long, i dont really need to use it.

    facts. once you've been doing it for a long time it becomes second nature. you can almost kinda guess if you've overeaten or not. s*** crazy

    Ive been skinnyfat for about 7 years. Been working out since January and have already noticed positive changes. Only thing im still tryna handle is calorie intake - I gained about 15-20 lbs since last year but i feel like most of it is from the muscle/higher protein intake.

    Im far from a genius w this s*** tho

    i don’t necessarily need to lose weight, but i do need to tighten up. so in

    edit: currently 160. looking to stay the same weight and just tone out, or gain some on muscle again

    i used to be 175 and muscular then i stopped working out and lost weight by unintentionally eating less and losing muscle weight maybe? idk. i def don’t want to be 175 and muscular again cause that’s too much to maintain. i would be happy with toning what i do have now though

    I’m down 45 pounds since June 2021

    I was at around 193 in June 2021 and like 144 currently

    Tryna lose another 15 to make it 60 by September 1st

    Ain’t nothing stopping this MF glo up

    I lost 70 pounds in a year and the glow up was insane. Proud of you bro that s*** isn't easy.
