Sinner new #1 and not long before Alcaraz is #2 and their rivalry is finally set up to always meet in finals
New era really here and we’re most likely getting the first Sinner - Alcaraz best of 5 match since they both became slam champions on Friday to solidify it
With the exception of Gauff-Jabeur, today’s matches really been lopsided lol (Dimitrov did put up a fight in the last set however)

Zverev taking it all would be the worst-case scenario / nightmarish plot twist
C’mon De Minaur

well, not for me man i’ve got money on him
but yeah it would be such a bad look lmao, i don’t think he’ll get past ruud tho, i think he’s been kinda lucky to escape his last two matches tbh the luck will run out eventually maybe against ADM

Ruud making RG finals three times in a row would be hilarious 😆 (cus sadly we all know he won’t be the one lifting the trophy..)
I think ADM has a chance against Zverev, even if their h2h says otherwise. Clay surface seems to suit the former a lot.
Also Sinner v Alcaraz :patrickrubbinghands:

Clay court specialist Ruud confirmed 🫡
I think at best ADM could make the match long and physical to tire Zevrev out but wold be surprised if he won.
This one gonna be a classic man i can’t wait, hope it’s a 5 setter with a 10 point tiebreak to decide it, can’t decide yet either but leaning towards Sinner. Alcaraz being playing kinda weird this slam tbh lmaooo his quality has random dips that most opponents still can’t capitalise on but Jannik will
Djoker missing wimbledon confirmed
Big pretty deal since Novak has always been very anti-surgery, feels like he might be about to go out like Roger did

As much as I want Sinner to win, I’ve a feeling Alcaraz might have the edge in this matchup; the way he’s been playing all tournament makes it look like he’s been literally molded by the clay surface (geeky reference to The Dark Knight Rises lmfao).
Recently we saw during play some small glimpses of Jannik’s injury still somewhat lingering.. That could play a factor in the outcome of his upcoming match, especially if Carlos makes it a test of endurance.
Either way, tennis fans won 🫡
Alcaraz and Sinner
On the women’s side, Swiatek and Rybakina
They seem like safe lowkey-boring answers though lol
There’s gotta be someone else I’m failing to mention
I mean, besides Djokovic
Andreeva
That’s who you were missing, kid is such a future star

Might be another Raducanu for all we know
Lowkey, Rybakina and Sabalenka upsets were shockers to me..
Really wanted that Ryba-Swiatek finale
The one player that’s been a thorn to Iga’s side.. gone!

Andreeva been one to watch for a minute tho, although we can’t ignore Saba’s obvious sickness / problems through the match lol she would’ve won 2-0 if she was fit
Could smell that Rybakina upset coming tbh, this is why i was tryna say she doesn’t have aura man she’s always sick / ill and can crash out at any stage. I think she has the highest ceiling but she cannot be trusted to deliver in slams
Me anticipating what is very likely the match of the tournament
who you got?
who you got?
Alcaraz is starting to wake up.. Imma still say him.
Still want Sinner to win though

Yeah he’s always been a slow starter especially in big matches like this
Damn Jannik another heartbreaking 5th set loss to Carlos, he looked so cooked by the end, let Carlos get the easy break and couldn’t take his break point chances
edit - damn just saw Sinners record in the 5 set is 1-8 dudes having heartbreaking 5 set losses against eveyeone
