I’m loving mine.

I’ve had it for about 7 months. It’s the best car I’ve driven. I get excited every time I get in it. I love the silence, speed, elegance, simplicity, and aesthetic of the whole thing.

I can’t imagine EVER going back to a combustion engine.

There are some small problems though.

Sometimes, my phone doesn’t connect when walking up to the car & doesn’t unlock it. This seems more like an iPhone issue than a Tesla issue though. Hopefully Tesla’s upcoming app update can workaround that somehow.

Other than that, I’ll never drive anything but a Tesla ever again. Compliments everywhere for sure, from every age group.

Luckily, I haven’t had to restart mine more than two to three times. I’m glad it still drives when restarting though!

And lol about the blind spot indicator.

Yeah, there’s some things that really show Tesla has only been making cars for a few years compared to companies that have made them for 100 years. They seem to be catching up way faster than I thought though.

But I def agree with everything you said above, such a fun car to drive! Also I’ve been driving a rental car on my trip and it makes me miss my Tesla’s acceleration sooooo much

Oh and I’ve had the problem you described about it not automatically getting unlocked all the time, hope they fix it soon!

If I were you at this point I’d just wait for the cyber truck if you can wait a year and a half. It’s at the low end of your budget at 40k.
