Actually, the only thing I found wrong with my car was that when the steering wheel telescoped in and out, there was a loud high pitched friction noise coming from the plastic in the dash, or something like that.

Only did it on the first day and now it doesn’t happen.

For something you’re spending what... $50k + on, if they’re gaps in paneling yea I’d have an issue. Not saying that alone is enough to dismiss the entire product line entirely, but I’d want it fixed.

So I gotta say, I really enjoy autopilot (I bought the FSD package), but holy s***, it freaks me out sometimes.

Most of the time it's super smooth and the auto-steering is absolutely amazing and a complete game changer, but when cars come to a sudden stop on the freeway I feel like I would react way faster and smoother than the autopilot does. It's like super obvious that it needs to slow down, but it waits until the last second and puts on the breaks harder than it needs to.

I feel like 99.9 times out of 100 it would never hit the car in front of me, but that's not the problem, the problem is that the sudden breaking is unnecessary and could easily lead to the car behind me hitting me if it's tailgating me. I've needed to take control so many times because I don't trust it/the person behind me.
