Yea it's not a bad song. It's fun but it really isn't that good. There's definitely some politics about it being rated so highly

That Swimming review is yikes. But you guys really need to stop letting his opinions on music upset you so much. Blows my mind. It should have no bearing on your personal connection to and enjoyment of a project. His reviews, even the ones with extremely questionable opinions (by our standards) are mostly eloquently presented, enjoyable and (most of the time) convincing.

I like Melon. Always have he had that corny Twitter moment this year where he came at some underground artist really hard and it felt extremely spiteful and nasty, but that’s the only time I felt incensed by him. I suppose there’s loads more tbf, like the Big Sean no no no no no moment, but he’s still a net positive for me.

That’s said, I haven’t watched him once this year for the first time in 5 years...
