Everyone has their opinion and I respect that, but I unsubbed

Whole Lotta Red will probably be appreciated more for its boldest ideas than its overall execution.

Melon stays the only critic I can take seriously even if I don’t agree

I completely agree with his overall take on the album

The punk/thrash songs were the best thing about the album, him trying to play both sides by giving the fans his old type s*** hurt the album he should’ve put those on a deluxe or something

I disagree with his take on Vamp Anthem though the point of using that sample was because everyone knows that’s the vampire theme and the way they flipped the sample was cool even though it was repetitive, also kinda surprised he didn’t have Rockstar Made as one of his favorites that was a fire intro and it fits exactly what he liked about the album

s*** is all facts tbh, he wasn't mean about it at all he was pretty optimistic and said that this style could quite possibly influence a whole gen of rappers to start doing s*** like this

but basically said that the execution was poor and the old style songs may have watered down the new stuff he was doing

I still gotta listen to it more to cement my favorites off it though
