I would argue we're in the early stages of that "find out what happens" phase. Amidst all the interrogation of white people we've seen in black entertainment/social media circles, have we not seen more white people engage with this dynamic in a more fetishized way than ever? between identifying with aesthetics that are more broadly and generally defined than they've ever been, and socio-political phenomena more blatantly challenged in the mainstream realm, I think more and more people are trying to pinpoint what makes them the slim exception to critique in the eyes of the other that challenges them.

folks are having somewhat of a identity crisis now that others ppl are finding estates while they r busy browsing

yep yep yep ur spot on especially with the last part

it’s true with race it’s true with sexuality. we’re all tryna figure out how not to get cancelled

i have this batshit crazy theory we’re gonna convince ourselves that the world is ending and in a manic episode we will all collectively let our deepest secrets out to each other before the end of the world between the obvious violence and what not. then it will be like falaise alarm! but our understanding of the world and our place as humans will completely change

and we all have to deal with this like mass expose of all of our psyche’s

i basically just think end of evangelion is gospel

side note: the hill and a bunch of other right wing outlets have been reporting about this but idk why people are treating it like a partisan issue when it will probably be utilized for what ever next-stage-of-neoliberalism op eds are ahead of us

    highlights so far are

ppl are making more friends in the work place than anywhere else. no need to expand.

and black ppl being the most “satisfied”. i feel like miserable yt guy and happy go lucky black guy is the most basic form of american comedy and draws back uncles tom cabins

but it speaks so true to what mark is saying about depressive hedonia.

i’d imagine if they do a closer study it’s probably middle class/well off people that are the most dissatisfied

what to do in a world where u have everything and everyone knows you have everything…

Damn he ripped this album apart

Probably his most brutal review I've ever seen. Never got why that Dance Monkey song was popular. The vocal was absolutely horrible on it.
