i fux with the ps4 super heavy tbh. might be another one of my favs:

these are mine so far. my friend is borrowing my Fallout 4 too, but i also plan to add more to my PS4 library soon like Last Guardian, Control, Nioh 2 & Metro Exodus along with in the future Ghost of Tsushima & Cyberpunk 2077.
i got some ps4 stuff digitally as well, such as Resident Evil 2 Remake, Furi, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, Wipeout Omega Collection, Ni No Kuni 2 & Shadow of the Colossus remake.

i also got an x1 with some stuff like Rainbow Six Siege, Doom, Gears etc., but the Ps4 is also the first console i ever bought myself so it & my library hold a special place for me due to that

I dont own a PS5 or X Series yet & probably wont for another year or so, but here's an update for some other modern physical stuff like how i did my retro gaming dump months ago:

Recent PS4 game additions along with the Oculus Quest 2 VR headset system (VR games are only digital). My brother is also borrowing Control so its not in the pic lol but its one of my fav 2020 games tho:

All my Xbox One games (i also have Jump Force, Cities Skyline & Wasteland 3 as digital games on X1):

My Switch Games so far along with my Wii U games on my "Nintendo shelf" im slowly building rn that will have my other Retro Nintendo stuff too such as N64 etc. that i posted itt like the Super Nintendo here:

Wii U I got in 2017 for like $80 refurbished when a local game store was trying liquidate all the Wii U stuff for the Switch stock. There's only two other Wii U games i want which are Star Fox U & Xenoblade Chronicles X, but im in no rush rn. They might even get ported eventually. Also Pikmin 3 is the best Wii U game btw.

The Switch I got in 2019 & im still getting stuff for it. Looking forward to the two new Monster Hunter games this year, Metroid Prime 4 & Pikmin 4 for example. I got it in the holiday season of 2019 for Pokemon SwSh & Fire Emblem lol.

PS4 is now one of my fav consoles period. I got it in 2015 for Bloodborne (my #1 fav game oat now), Fallout 4 & Metal Gear Solid 5. There's still some physical older stuff i want such as Last Guardian, Persona 5 Royal & Yakuza 0 plus a few more, along with the last few new releases in the future that interest me.

Xbox One was/is mainly my 3rd Party titles console at first, & now GamePass machine that lets me play things such as Recore etc. I won my X1 Gears 4 Console Edition in a lottery draw back in 2018. I dont think i would have bought an X1 otherwise, but i f***ing love Forza Horizon 4 & Rare Replay as exclusives.

Oculus Quest 2 i bought this month a few weeks ago Jan. of 2021, basically serving as my new console until the scalping situation calms down & more worthwhile games come out for the PS5 & X Series'. I love it so far, & the 5 games i have for it so far are Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, Apex Construct, Super Hot, Creed Boxing & Espire 1. Looking forward to getting even more games that are already out & upcoming soon for it such as Star Wars Stories, Warhammer 40k Battlesister, Moss, Tetris Effect, Lies Beneath, Beat Saber, Sniper Elite VR, Splinter Cell VR etc. Would recommend looking into it if interested.

Great consoles & Games, & i cant believe some people try to say that the 8th gen consoles (PS4, X1, Switch, Wii U & Oculus) have no games lol. The library is amazing & im still not done with what i want.

Will probably update at some point in the far future again.

Also, i personally dont collect "just to collect". Everything im genuinely interested in is what i get, & ive played at least 90 percent of all of my stuff.

And faxx, forreal, Switch games do be mad expensive. Wouldn't be as much of a problem if the big titles went on sale like every other game lol, but it sucks they rarely do. Thats also why my librarybis small rn, even tho there are games that are already released that I want such as Link's Awakening, Mario Kart & Dragon Quest 11 for it. But i only buy like one or two games a year so far for it. Slowly building it up 🥵😤

But if u dont know, Walmart usually sells the big 1st party Switch games $10 less. Most of them end up at $50 & sometimes $55 instead of $60 there. Not much but it can help, i got the Fire Emblem title in October 2020 iirc, from Walmart for $50
