You had to get used to the lack of motion sickness? Can you explain that at all? Genuinely curious
explain what? the motion sickness? or how i’m getting over it ?

Like you mean the lack of motion sickness is jarring or something? Or did I misread what you wrote at first? lol
Just upgraded to the Quest 2 from the Rift S, it was a no brainer
Better resolution, no sensors, wireless and still works with PC but wirelessly. Amazing

What are your favorite games on the Quest 2? I've been thinking of getting one

Well the cool thing about the Quest 2 is that if you do a little research you can actually pirate whatever game you want so I just been trying random s***
I never tried Beat Saber until yesterday and it’s actually pretty fun, for some reason it didn’t look that fun seeing other people play it
Also just started this Puzzle game called The Room VR, I can tell it’s gonna be fire but my dumbass can’t even figure out the 2nd stage lol
Also messing with this mini golf game called Walkabout Mini Golf, graphics aren’t good but actually golfing feels smooth like I’m actually putting in real life
Half Life Alyx is easily the best game on the headset but the monsters creep me out so I can’t get through it lmao
Also Job Simulator is a classic, about to try Vacation Simulator

Good to know about that first line
Do you think the 64 GB version is enough or would it get annoying swapping storage space all the time?

No doubt
I had that same question and I ended up getting the 64gb because someone online mentioned how the games are mad small and they’re right, the games range from about 700mb to 2.5gb so it’s enough for me, plus I’m pretty sure you can just delete the games and it’ll keep your save points but don’t quote me on that

Didn't know the games were so small, that's a relief. And since I'll probably get the 64 GB maybe I can splurge and get the elite strap/battery

Exactly what I did, take the extra money get the deluxe strap even if it’s not made by Oculus (mine isn’t) it’s WAY more comfortable and easier to adjust with the knob and also get controller grips, they’re fire..
Also get a silicone face cover too, mad easy to take on and off and it can be cleaned. Also silicone lens covers to keep dust out and prevent damage between play sessions
All on Amazon
You can all the stuff I just named for like $100 which is the money you saved by getting the smaller hard drive
got a quest 2 this s*** goated
Been playing table tennis, blade and sorcery, beat saber, thrill of the fight
so much fun
should I get a PS VR or an Oculus??
I have a PS5 already btw
Oculus
Star Wars Squadrons is INTENSE.
Prolly the best tracking and smoothest graphics that I’ve experienced on PSVR yet. Because of that tho, it gave me some motion sickness. Idk why cause it’s the first time a VR game has ever done that to me. I can’t even say because it’s fast, cause Iron Man VR is basically the same concept, very fast paced flying, and that gave me no motion sickness whatsoever.
LOVING Squadrons either way tho. Jus may have to be a game that I only play an hour or so of at a time.
just got my vr covers just came in and man these make the quest so much more uncomfortable
Valve save us again please no good vr games in a whole ass year
