Is that live action still happening?
Probably better that it doesn’t right?
Could be great if they give it a real budget.
I’d want a series though. Mobile Suit Gundam 0079: One Year War live action, Apple TV series
Give it a budget similar to Foundation
The colony drop live action

Jesus… Gundam on Apple is actually the perfect home.
Finna be expensive but we need the budget. Political drama + mecha.. yeah you’re onto one here.
I thoroughly enjoyed that Gquuuux finale
I just wish we got to see Gquuux version of Amuro.
Usually don’t really like Super Robot stuff with my mechs, but the way they explored Newtype powers in this show made it ok for me. I loved every second of it.
Machu saying we’ll see the Gundam again has me hopeful for a s2\. Wouldn’t mind if they lowered the stakes and focused on clan battles in the next season.
The ending of CCA gets me choked up man. Maybe cause I’m getting older, and I find myself valuing community, friendship, companionship more and more, but seeing Amuro, and all those other pilots come together to try and stop Axis from dropping just hits so much. Amuro belief that humanity can grow and overcome its self destruction nature given the time is an almost awe inspiring message imo. Especially faced against Char, whom if you follow his journey through 0079, Z, and ZZ and see how he’s lost all faith in humanity.
Gonna read Beltorchika’s Children, I really love the design of the RX-93-ν2 Hi-ν.
Finally taking this journey, I've been watching Gundam since I was kid but I never committed to it.I just finished the og trilogy not too long ago and rn im watching 08th MS team.
Watched F91 for the first time last night. First 30 minutes of the film is very solid, after that the pace just gets cut up too much. Nothing is allowed to actually breathe. You can see where it was cut from a 50 episode series to a 2 hour movie. Takes place in UC 123, so after Hathaway’s Flash. No Zeon, or anything that really ties the story back to the original 0079 conflict. This would essentially be your TFA in Star Wars terms.
Iron Mask motivations stemming from another man taking his wife is comical, but is some real s***
that can definitely make a villain outta you. I actually like Seabook as the MC. He’s a bit undercooked for the film, but I see the skeleton outline. Lowkey felt like Cecily was a better pilot than him. She was doing some nice maneuvers in her MS.
The F91 is in my top 5 Gundams. I really f*** with the compact miniature design.
Gonna watch After War Gundam X, heard good things about it and never seen it. Then gonna watch 00

When you view The Origin as Char himself romanticizing the retelling of his upbringing, it makes it easier to watch
gundam premiere night double feature tonight at amc
Didn’t know about this, but I know what I’m doing tonight
Wasn’t expecting this crossover
