Its a BIG and Pac Sunday on KTT
OG Hit Em Up ft Outlawz

While the final version's intensity, beat and intro are too iconic. I love some of the lyrics on this version. "Cross eyed Down syndrome crack baby"
Lil Kim--Big Momma Thang

Aye Kim did her thing on this
BIG didn't let her releases this but gd he should've! lol end of that last verse is insane
Faith Evans also put in a body bag lol
Busta Rhymes ft Biggie and J Dilla--The Ugliest/Dangerous MC's

Honestly this is one of my favorite verses in rap history. Recorded in 96 AFTER Pac had died. Biggie went on several victory laps, but none as direct and clear as this one. Busta said he didn't write a single word down, went into the booth and laid down the verse in one take. Did the adlibs second take and left. Coldest mf ever man
Busta told Big there was no way he was ever going to release this. Came out posthumously but with all Pac references rapped over/edited out.
2pac-Watch Ya Mouth

Bonus song more towards Dre and other east coast cats. But also awesome

Busta story about The Ugliest. Clearly gets his timeline wrong but dope story regardless
that busta joint should’ve been released man, imagine this on When Disaster Strikes
but with the context, i understand the decision
I didn’t know Busta jumped in lol I always thought he was cool with Pac
He was, thats why it was scapped lol he told BIG he was a friend of Pac's and did not want to be involved in this. Remember, this was a few months after Pac had died. Put the video of Busta telling the story second post itt. He had no idea BIG was going to diss Pac on the song lol told him he was not going to release it and BIG's response was just "cool as long as I still get paid" lol
Who shot ya?
who knows but they got ya
Fed up, wet up ...
maybe next time yo punk ass will keep yo head up
@grok is this true?
"Big Momma Thang."
Also, Faith was soooo hot.
Apart from being capable of singing like a literal angel, of course.
@GodzillaMinusOne where's the evidence that The Ugliest session was after Pac passed?

In the telling of his story Busta always says that BIG was using a walking cane and his leg was all f***ed up. That he couldn't get up to the second floor of the studio without an elevator because of it.
That was after his car accident with Lil Cease. That was a few months after Pac died. I initially thought it was before Pac died because of how Busta always told the story. But saw a documentary a few weeks ago that put it together. Unless Busta is lying or just doesnt remember correctly--but BIG with the leg f***ed up post car crash was post Pac death.
Makes sense when you really listen to his verse--"and the winner is, not the thinner kid". BIG is claiming victory after the man died

Kim killed that lol
The culture really lost two GOATS right after each other. And what’s crazy is they weren’t even 30 yet. Both PAC and especially B.I.G had a long career ahead of them. It’s a shame it couldn’t just be a beef on wax

It’s a shame Pac died over a chain.
If Suge Knight wasn’t a virus and understood “lol this nigga keeping death row lights on” he woulda never let him crash out that night.
Suge & Diddy the Real villains of this story not valuing the livelihood of their golden gooses. Beef honestly had nothing to do with Pac dying.
Even tho (allegedly) in Cali, them shots was meant for Diddy.

I think the beef just put a target on both of their backs bro it shifted their momentum towards eventually crashing. Specifically PAC, B.I.G’s situation was more so by proxy.. He had no reason to be going back to Cali at that time.
But you right Suge and Puff deserve more blame because they were supposed to hold them down.

I mean the beef in a sense was started after Pac got shot the first time but ‘94 Pac was also a crash out too (associating yourself with niggas that 90s Mike Tyson is telling you not to hang with is a decision. Saying no to a bunch of guns in your face is a decision.) so it’s like damn.
it’s definitely giving bipolar

Pac and Suge were so intense and relentless I almost feel sorry for Puff and BIG whenever I go through it all lol Suge flew out Puffs bm and was smashing her and putting her on videos and s***. Sending them photos with Diddy's kids
When they confronted the Bad Boy clique during the awards in LA that was the breaking point for Diddy. He did not want to live life looking over his shoulder, and Pac showed zero signs of "peace" lol it would've ended the way it did sooner or later imo. BIG should've never went back to LA though, much less diss a dead man on LA radio. Both made stupid mistakes along the way--but you right, it was mostly Suge and Diddy to blame. It was mostly their beef, BIG and Pac were the soldiers. Sad to think about.

Oh yeah Pac was a hot head from the beginning, niggas in Oakland spoke on it. Niggas take that clip of him speaking in an interview in high school but don’t take into account.. the Pac the world was introduced was a man on his own at that point.
I believe that eventually Pac would’ve cooled off.. I mean he was still young but being in the limelight surrounded by members wasn’t helping lol

I mean Pac definitely had artistic reasons to have issues with B.I.G. (Ready To Die definitely is MATW-core)

Oh for sure. And Diddy and BIG were shady af and did some really dirty s*** too. Just saying--they was so relentless I don't think it could've ended any other way.
