Not a big problem more like a nuisance, my car leaks all fluids except transmission fluid, just keep an eye on it and top it off.

Its usually just a old gasket, depending on the car it could be expensive if they have to take apart a lot of the engine to get to it. If you can find the source and fix it yourself it will be essentially free, just the cost of your time

I fixed an oil filter housing gasket leak on my old bmw for less than 20 bucks, the dealership quoted me at 1000 bucks. Dont get scammed unless you genuinely think you cant fix it yourself

Mercedes wanted almost a grand to change valve cover gaskets on our E320, it was a VERY easy job to do.
