it’s the reason why we haven’t heard from him in a while. It’s gotten to a point where unfortunately those contrarian points he had are no longer “edgy.” So now anything he says won’t have the same effect it did 2 years ago.
Funnily enough, I think Ye's still paying the consequences for 2022 to this day.
Ironically, besides the nitrous s***, Ye hasn't really moved all that funny in recent times.
He has apologized for the Nazi stuff in Hebrew, limits his media presence, clears out his IG on the regular, the Big Boi and Justin Laboy interviews were a massive improvement from his cringe late 2022 interviews that aged like sour milk, and he's basically traveling the world.
Even the lawsuits that came out were based on his 2022 behavior which didn't get exposed yet.
So, in a way, Ye today is actually an improvement of what he was like in 2022 but we just don't even know it yet because of how damaging it was.
sigh bro said his only motivation was being a contrarian. Is it clear now?
i think you're confused child
things are gonna get easier
you cant actually have this opinion on that situation
that was a complete and total b**** move by jimmie
you cant ask complex questions and then not allow the gust to answer
That's not what happened
Jimmy quickly knew Ye ain't have an answer because he knows how to interview people, notice that they don't get back to that question when they come back from the break
Other interviewers around that time asked him the exact same thing and he sat there frozen the exact same way
He was unflinching & not hesitant with his response to the p*** question but he was frozen at the Trump question
Kanye even said (out his own mouth) that if he ran for office, his politics would be like Bernie Sanders
YZY 2028
i think you're confused child
things are gonna get easier
you're confused lol
i am so pissed off they let this man spiral
tbh he made himself unapproachable, he’s a grown ass man it’s his fault
gotta stop victimizing this nigga he fully was/is capable of getting help
the whole world went to s*** in 2012.
And with Ye at the forefront of modern culture, he sorta embodied the chaos (unnecessarily)
just unmatched aura
but u have to remember even back then people thought he was crazy and then years later they realize he was right
in the coming years these last few years will all start to make sense
6 minutes of this interview he is really speaking nonsense. Just jumbling words.

Yes but also He had yes men all around him. Your average mentally ill person doesnt have yes men around to the extent kanye f***ing west does. so ye has a unique experience.
A new Ye interview used to be more exciting than a blockbuster movie
I remember being at my cousins house the time of the “How Sway” moment and we all were laughing like s***
i agree but the video in op not a good example. his 2013 breakfast club interview is the one tho
i think up to 2015 he was very cool and even after that til 2022 he was influential fashion wise at least but now it’s heartbreaking.
His interview with Sway from 2005 is still very iconic.
Calling sway and telling him he gave him his first TV just because he was pissed at the best MC's list is iconic
