What records did Drake break?

The only slightly impressive one is the #1, #2, #3 on billboard albums but no other major artist has dropped 3 albums on the same day so it’s not really a “broken record”, more of a circumstance.

I believe what is literally confirmed and not rumors, if this happened with Kendrick or Kanye or Cole or Travis i would say its also foul:

🚨 Lemme break it down simpler:

• The debut day they admitted to and confirmed the song combining and blames it on novice employees ("mistakenly" botting) and fixed it later that day which massively inflated the intro song that led to a bigger debut day, and world records that then got redacted - which they only did after getting pressed enough by BTS hive

• The next day, they erased over 70million false streams (direct botting) that leads to the biggest day 2 falloff ever

• Then day 3 - 6 are around the day 2 average, which gives further evidence (outside of the literal direct confirmation from the source) that this is the actual listening rate in the 50mill that is a canyon size fall off from the botted and combined day 1 debut of 140mill

This is literally the most direct case of botting since the 2010s when Spotify was still trying to figure everything out like when people would have fans put songs on silent and loop it (which your streams nowadays do not count if it's below a specific threshold of volume to counteract that, and they have methods of other bullshit people tried). And the fanbase that was the most vocal about streaming f***ery are now silent when its directly given and proved by the source itself 💀

You’re correct but your argument implied length would detract from sales
It would actually do the opposite: the longer the more exposure for those streams because they just have more generating streams
