Oh boy this too much text for me to reply to. Appreciate the efforts but why would I care. When a story makes me lose interest like OP with some of my favorite characters ever made then this s*** mid by my standards. Also I enjoyed Dressrosa and it‘s better than Thriller Bark to me so I dunno why you thought I would be fine with it. Brook backstory hitting tho.
Regardless Wano, Whole cake island and Summit war some ass. Im sorry it is what it is.

Politics were never that deep. One Piece fanbase always was on some weirdo s*** with that. Also over the top in a sense that suddenly making a samurai arc and time travel is definitely more over the top than f***ing mermaids and giants in a pirate story. Oda ran out of ideas you can tell.

Thriller Bark underrated. I love little isolated themed arcs with exotic locations that really feed into the adventure feeling of the series. It’s why Skypiea will always be my fav. That being said neither or totally isolated as more and more information suggests they have bigger significance to the overall story.
