Kaido probably ain't dead but Big Mom might be. Nothing is confirmed yet. New chapter this week might clear some of it up but it will probably be a heavily Momo focused chapter, so I wouldn't expect any clear answers right away.
May 31, 2022YurinatorI think that's kinda the point. Exactly because it had so much build up, the climax of the raid and the ending of the fight just felt kinda underwhelming.
And I wouldnt say wano was disappointing, just that it couldn't quite live up to the hype. In the end it was a good really entertaining standard one piece arc with lots of amazing moments (gear 5,oden flashback, roofpiece for example) but also a lot of flaws. And it doesn't even come close to my favorite op arcs imo
Definitely top 3 for me

I doubt it, Oda don’t like killing off characters BUT Kaido may be the one that actually dies imo

Worst generation got TWO EMPERORS OF THE SEA BURNING IN MAGMA but Wano is a disappointment
Only thing I wasn’t a fan of during the arc was the Luffy “almost dying” troupes
I didn’t like the first L of Luffy in roof piece (when he was thrown out) cause it was off screen.
Although, I really liked the one with the CP0 agent, really felt like Luffy died fr fr
