I think the entirety on Wano is Pluton. We heard about continent pullers earlier in the arc so maybe in the past they assisted in moving/fixing the island/warship around. The reason Wano has to stay closed is because it can’t be truly opened until the final war when it has to be moved. We know he has the voice of all things so he can command Zunisha or other creatures to move/fix the warship. Momo is the captain/craftsmen and Shirahoshi commands the sea kings. Big Mom mentions that parts of it are here in her defeat and Kaido says he’s in Wano because it is Wano. This would also add credence to Wano’s strange structure being that it’s seems man-made/a combination of other islands or perhaps remnants of Pluton.

Also I believe Big Mom saw this when she fell down Law’s hole.

But roger had none of those yet they removed the D from his name. Well, your explanation makes enough sense to accept it

Some saying that it might not be Luffy (or anyone else that they revealed) that they were talking about. By the sounds of it, it was too late because the posters were already widely distributed, and like you said Luffy's full name was on his bounty poster from the very beginning. It's not like changing it now would make him any less notorious.
