While I would’ve loved for Yamato to join immediately I can see why she’s going to stay in Wano for the time being. She’s destined to be Wano’s guardian but was trapped in Onigashima for 20 years. Just hope she doesn’t join in the end game and rather in the next following arc similar to Jimbei. Strawhats are heading in the direction of Ace’s grave so that would be a good moment for them to reconnect.

One point I got to agree with the one piece haters is that oda became so bad at writing female characters
Nami, Robin, vivi etc were all great complex female characters pre stime skip. But post time skip Nami and Robin became lame af. And most female characters are just weak sexy damsels in distress.

Would you rather have a strong df power with average haki or no df and elite haki?

Nami was always kinda a damsel in distress type tho (she had some great moments in WC and had her best moment imo in Wano)

And Oda redeemed Robin imo with the Black Maria fight
