GangstaliciousI get they could get stronger but for Lucci to get to where Luffy is at now without any big feats that the world would know about would be crazy. Luffy beat a yonko has a legendary devil fruit, has conquerors haki and advanced conquerors with future sight. Zoro trained with the world's best swordsman, I don't see how Kaku should be that close with him right.
The others sure they could be stronger than the rest of the crew but I'd rather see new faces than recycled villains. Especially when they hype up cp0 as the harbingers of destruction and they should be at best around straw hat crew level for some of them.Luffy is Yonko level now, he should fight Admirals now

I don't know how oda can save the kaido situation. If he brings him back that would be kinda lame imo but if he's just out of the story forever it would also be weird. I never doubted oda before, but with this situation I'm kinda getting the feeling oda didn't really know how to deal with the character
