I don't thinks he needs to personally. Her joining the revs or just hanging out similar to Law makes more sense imo. Similar to Yamamoto her whole life has basically been trying to see her dad. She's also a kid still, like there's a lot of growth to be had and I'm sure her motivation if Kuma dies will bet o take down the WG... That said I don't think she has to be joining the crew.

Those last few pages gave me goosebumbs. I seriously might tear up when it's animated
