Soooooo
with rogers crew knowing the truth and seemingly doing nothing about it makes you wonder. It must be rather trivial that all they dud was laugh.
Dragon and Roger not doing anything 🤝
he's dragging it
nah. i get that as readers we already know a lot of this info, so it can feel like we're being told old stuff but we're seeing it be divulged to every other living person in op for the first time. the fabric of their world is literally being unraveled live on tv and it will forever change the dynamics of their societies. it's important to see how the rest of the world is reacting
anyone know why tcb got rid of the comment section? there was always funny stuff posted there and it seemed pretty popular?

What??? Horrific news
How do we feel that
Akainu, Sengoku, and maybe the other admirals all seem to know what Vegapunk is about to unveil. My 1st question would be for what purpose did the elders tell the admirals? I don't think they know of Imu's existence however. The Elders could have gave a fabricated telling or it's as nuanced as Vegapunk seems to hint at. I guess we'll see an outcome that places things in a morally gray area.
That brings into question sword and shield tho. Does Aokiji know the story, does Garp? I'm more curious on the implications this will hold with the marines than whatever else Vegapunk is going to unveil.

I was waiting for the official translations to come out for this very reason
Sakazui's dialogue in the official definitely makes me believe he knows what is going on, which makes me think the answer isn't as straightforward as we believe. I think it's strictly fleet admirals, with maybe Garp as an extension because of his connection with Roger

Was he saying "back then" as in their era or back then ?

There were plenty that set the seas in their time ... So it wouldn't exactly make sense, sure there's fallen soldiers of the time, but .. back then a handful of people know
And there's another page during marineford when he's dropping hints and talking about how the one piece is real
But I can't find it right now, but he was talking to Sengoku iirc

The Japanese speakers were saying Akainus dialogue makes it seem like he maybe doesn't know but some other official data says that Sengoku knows so idk. I feel like Akainus arc is going to be him realizing what he's doing is wrong so I feel like he has to know.
Sengoku and Garp dusty as hell so they will be portrayed as "they knew it was wrong so they plotted together for years to ultimately play a part in taking down the celestials" or some cop out to make them not look like a******s lol
Wonder if this is it or if anything else is coming?
I saw this last week and I actually like this theory a lot
