Started reading this from the beginning last October after dropping it like ten years ago back when Dressrosa was current due to the terrible pacing. I’m guessing Oda received alot of criticism for how drawn out Dressrosa was because Whole Cake Island and now Wano seem to be flying in comparison.

How will the world and Gorosei operate moving forward in yalls opinion?

Like the world as a whole now knows about an ancient society under the sea and some people will definitely try to see whats down there which for sure will conflict with how the WG/Gorosei want everyone to remain ignorant. Maybe they (and by extension the Marines) become even more fascist and begin taxing the citizens of the world even more. Which in turn pushes people more in line with Revolutionary ideology, which would make sense if we’re going to end up seeing a revolutionized government by the end of the series. The people rise up and assist in creating a new world order.

Could Dragon possibly know all this information already? He’s close with Vegapunk so it wouldn’t be a stretch to say they’ve spoken about this before. It could explain why he doesn’t do much, he could be waiting for the people of the world to come to him in a sense?

This arc really got me thinking bro I love it.
