I’m not gonna cap, I haven’t heard the whole album. BUT, BUT
My friend played me snowchild and escape from LA and I’ve easily played those two songs 1,500 times

Listen to title track. Song of life
Definitely AOTY 2020 for me
Possibly the best album in his discography
There's times when I think this is the best album I've ever heard
I believe this is him most defining era and album. This is his best work. He managed to find a balance between the pop songs and some elements of early weeknd that people fiend for and put together an incredible cohesive project. My favorite songs are hardest to love, fatih and in your eyes. Best moments from this era are the vevo performances, the interviews, the ama's and of course the superbowl.
wow 2020 aoty released one year ago
After the first listen I thought Starboy was better, but now AH is creeping up there for me as top 1.
As much as I loved Trilogy, I'm glad he's making music now that is a lot more upbeat. Cant do Trilogy type stuff forever.
Without a doubt his best album post Trilogy.
Maybe if kiss land didnt exist
Great album
The run from Faith-Save Your Tears is pure 80s synth-pop greatness
Exactly why I love this album
1. How do you feel about the album a year later? Rarely return to it, tbh.
2. Where does it rank in The Weeknd’s discography? Pretty high.
3. What are your favorite/least favorite songs? Favs are Repeat After Me, Snowchild, Hardest to Love. Least Favs are Scared to Live, Blinding Lights and Until I Bleed Out.
4. What are some of your favorite moments from this era? All the music videos and absolutely not the Superbowl.
Welcome back!
:
It kinda started out as a flop with “Heartless” feat Metro Booming, as the main single that did not stick.
Then it turned completely around as “Blinding Lights” gained more and more popularity and ended up as one of the biggest songs in a long time
