Colorado is known for being super blue
Area around portland/WA always has something to do, weather it be nightlife, places to try out, nature/hikes/outdoor recreation, everything is super close by to explore
We're full in Denver. Try somewhere else.

Just came back from Colorado. Visited Denver, Crest butte, and Durango. Beautiful state, but people here are way too slow and white (IMO). Also you need to get used to the altitude since the air is dry af also
I’ve had some great times in Boulder and FoCo but Colorado as a whole is carried by the weed and scenery. I could never see myself living there full time and it is way too white to fulfill some black people’s needs and wants.
I’ve never been to Oregon but I’ve always been intrigued by the PNW and I’m sure Oregon has more to offer especially in Portland. Seattle only being a few hours away too
I can tell most of y’all dont actually live in Oregon and it shows. Take it from an actual Oregonian, born and raised.
Oregon is a beautiful state. It’s also one of the few states that’s as geographically diverse as it is. In the state alone, you can find coast, mountains, desert, country and city. Certain areas of Portland you should stay away from, but most of it isn’t as bad as you’d think.
I feel like when people get tired of California they look at these two places specifically (this might include Washington as well) BUT I feel like the two states are very Similar but very different. help me understand
What really sets that state apart!!
Friend now is also looking into these states sooooo anybody know whatz good
I’m from Colorado and gave her my opinion but I’m biased.
People also moving to Texas, but I understand why you left them out lmao
