I feel like when people get tired of California they look at these two places specifically (this might include Washington as well) BUT I feel like the two states are very Similar but very different. help me understand

What really sets that state apart!!

stay away from portland

Zombie Land isn't that bad

i haven't been to oregon but have been to colorado so naturally colorado is better

I gotta make it out to the west/west coast

Feels like i live in a bubble and Im missing out on another side of america

I was originally going to get stationed in Fort Carson, Colorado (not anymore tho)

Stay away from anywhere outside of Portland if we talking Oregon

If we're talking PNW go to Washington. Oregon is actually pretty boring and conservative outside of the major metro areas

i been there, my family member is stationed there, its beautiful

i love colorado, i just hated denver when i lived there

washington the same honestly, its metro areas are just bigger. both states have goat nature tho

i’m from oregon and never been to colorado so i’m obviously biased but from what i’ve heard about colorado you can’t go wrong with either. just depends what you’re interested in

That's true, it's just, like you said, there's more to choose from in Washington but the cost of living is worse. Even Portland is only like 66% the cost of Seattle. So that could make a difference.

What’s ya fave things about Oregon

Hikes/ city of Denver got some night life/ lakesssss baseball if you’re into that

Ain't nothing outside Portland but Trump, Qanon, Killary signs, and country

That how Colorado is too but I feel like it’s less bad.

Denver is cool but outside of it can get conservative.

I wanted that act right in Colorado that night

Boulder is a liberal haven too, more so than Denver

i feel like you can say this about 60% of states outside of their major metros

Never been to Pacific Northwest but honestly I feel like that place is one of the best and low key places on earth.

The scenery alone is breathtaking
