Been telling y'all music been trash since 2010(in comparison to other decades)for years now... one day y'all will finally realize it.
This is proof that new music isn’t hitting the same. I blame gunna for dropping weed plates like ds4ever and Wunna

I mean its logical, we're talking about hundreds of millions of records in the history of mankind compared to a few thousands albums released in 18 months?

wunna is an ever evolving art piece project it will be examined for decades to come on how it reflected the world during our pandemic
DS4 cheeks though
People move on quick. Look at Family Ties. It popped for two months got a Grammy nom and now everyone forgot about it.
Most new music/singles only last like a month on the radio then get forgotten
who’s everyone?
More proof that y’all need to start taking niggas that actually try and put thought into their albums more seriously. Stop biggin up these mid ass playlist artists
It’s not because “new music sucks”
Streaming has made every decade of music more accessible than its ever been.
This is the answer.
There’s just better access to older music and box sets/reissues are more popular than ever.
Yeah this data doesn’t mean much.
Everyone has immediate access to their favorite bands and artists, of course they’re going to stream them more.
On top of that, covid has made receiving and digesting new music incredibly difficult

Streaming has made every decade of music more accessible than its ever been.
I do not agree with the first statement
I do agree with the second one
