I blame the glorification of guns in the media and how the everyday person perceives guns as problem solvers more than they see them as protection.
These types of shootings will sadly continue and the families of past mass school shooting victims will continue to be disrespected and disregarded,as if school shooting are just a thing that happens. SMH,RIP to the victims that lost their lives unexpectedly

There is no magic regarding america stupidly adding right to guns to the bill of rights. Any rational, democratic society (which America is more or less at the end of the day) wouldn’t use the repeal of gun rights to start absurdly overt undemocratic practices
Having a mass shooting everyday is doing more harm to the fabric of American society and democracy than whatever fantasy scenario you think will happen

If they repeal 2A then literally what is stopping them from repealing the others. If there is a precedent that one of your rights (which gun ownership is in this country) can be taken away then what is stopping them from repealing the rest?
