imdoinfthe one I was in wasn't actually bad, I got lucky. Maybe because it was voluntary but the people there said it was the best one they went to. The worst part was only 15 minutes of outside time. But they gave me a half-assed diagnosis when I'm 90% sure I'm bipolar and not just depression so they have me on zoloft and this s*** makes me feel like a zombie rn
Yeah if you find a nice one and admit yourself voluntarily you won't have that much of a bad experience
Earlier this year I got arrested and thrown in the nearest psych ward and it was hell. I didnt sleep the entire time, which was 3 days. Had bad hallucinations, though i hallucinate regularly. Glad your experience wasnt too bad

Yeah I make music from time to time, recently just wrote a song but idk if its ever gonna be released.
I just got a starter strat cause I knew nothing about guitars and didn't want too much of an investment. You'll need an amp too or an audio interface if you want to record directly into your computer im pretty sure
