Yea there are good reasons to not want kids, especially if ur not passionate about raising kids, just seems like a very natural part of life to just avoid entirely

Yeah im on the fence, because of that first part you mentioned but also conflicted because of the natural urge lol. But overall idk I think it’s fair to not want kids, s*** is a lot of work. I see my siblings having kids and goddamn you basically lose yourself

for sure yea its a ton of work, which is why i understand waiting till youre secure financially/career wise. but i also think people strive for unrealistic ideals with their kids, most people ik with kids didnt plan for it but s*** still works out

and it’s 2024 nobody is scared to admit they don’t have the mental capacity/depressed to have kids and someone with low self esteem is just going to emotionally abuse their children so yes avoid that until you heal
